Job Title: Video Editor

Essential Duties

As a creative Video Editor, you will be responsible for shooting, capturing, editing, producing, manipulating and assembling videos, films, and recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting to help tell better stories.

Shooting and capture quality videos

Creation of After – Effect slides

Manage and oversee technical aspects of video recording and editing

Regularly collaborate with the marketing team

Develop an overall video brand messaging strategy

Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes value and contribution to continuity

Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film

Requirements

Minimum of OND in any field

Minimum of 3-5 years cognate experience as a Video Editor

Skilled in the use of Adobe premiere pro or Final Cut Pro X, After- Effect.

Knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom

Knowledge of photo editing techniques such as frequency separation, dodging and burning, liquify, color grading, and the use of LUTS

Proven working experience in digital photo and video editing

Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation, and continuity

A keen eye for detail

Knowledge of graphics and web design will be an advantage.How to Apply

NGN60,000 -75,000 / Month
