Full Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, resourceful, hardworking Social Media Manager who will add value to the company and grow the company’s online customer base through quality online engagement.

What you’ll be doing

Creating relevant content for the social media pages
Maintaining relationships with online customers
Managing the critical path, monitoring all orders from initial product development through to delivery, ensuring the smooth running of the development process, maintaining delivery schedules and key deadlines throughout
Managing sample process ensuring all designs and fabrications are executed correctly, meeting brand requirements and internal sample management
Liaising with merchandising and storekeeper to ensure smooth delivery
Ensuring compliance with internal systems/processes
Assist director in developing, implementing and managing the social media strategy
Research audience preferences and discover current and new trends
Create engaging text, image and video content to use across all social media platforms
Manage and oversee social media content engagement and interactions
Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create networking and branding opportunities
Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and followers using social listening

A creative individual who is keen to implement systems to streamline and improve our day to day operations
Must be incredibly numerate and analytical and highly organized with attention to detail
Good time management is essential and being able to prioritize as this is a never-ending job and there will always be more to be done
Good interpersonal skills – able to build and manage relationships with colleagues and suppliers
Ability to use a wide range of Microsoft Office packages particularly in the areas of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Social media understanding, with a fair idea of marketing opportunities across major platforms.
