The 99EDGE is seeking to hire a Creative Director Details: Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Oversee the development and delivery of an innovative, exciting digital strategy that reflects our brand and our unique marketing approach which seeks to continually exceed client expectations Collaborate with organisational leads to design and deliver the digital roadmap Create development plans, action plans and strategy for all shows and content. Advise on and advocate for digital solutions and approaches across all platforms Oversee management of risks, obstacles and technical hurdles. Advise, or seek advice, on Intellectual Property and legal considerations as appropriate Support roll-out of digital strategies as appropriate Digital Delivery Ensure a digital approach, where all team members are working cross functionally to joined up, integrated goals across: o Content creation and management o Core social media channels (currently Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook) Champion agency mentality where the digital team effectively interpret, deliver and report back on briefs from across the organisation Ensure creation and delivery of UMG strategy to achieve agreed content / digital goals Leadership & Management Support and develop the digital team, helping all team members to reach their potential Track and control the digital budget Design and lead the tracking of key performance metrics, making recommendations and acting on these as appropriate Ensure the team is up-to-date with current and emerging technologies, industry trends, standards best practice Qualification Bachelors or master degree in mass communication, social science or any relevant field of study Minimum Experience At least five years experience working in a digital environment At least two years experience in a leadership role Substantial experience of leading digital developments – creating new content etc. Substantial experience of briefing and managing external technical Agencies.
