Qualifications for Copywriter
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications
1-3 years experience in content marketing or copywriting for preferably with a creative agency
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar
Strong listening skills, strong creative thinking skills and ability to think conceptually
Comfortable working independently with little direction under tight deadlines
Proven ability to demonstrate brand voice
Experience with SEO and knowledge of online content strategy and creation
Strong communication, research, and typing skills.
A team player with excellent time-management, organizational skills and willingness to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated success in managing a business social media presence
Experience in producing content for digital, print and broadcast channels
Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, trends and growing followership.
Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
