The Account Manager will be a dynamic, strategic, and savvy media professional, with expertise in account management, digital media, and advertising. They will handle marketing initiatives internally and manage social media efforts while also working on enterprise clients. With a professional demeanor and highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, they excel in building relationships with external clients and driving cross-functional cooperation with internal teams. The primary responsibility of the role is to own, retain, grow, and satisfy Abike Assist’s most critical customer relationships. External clients will be a mixture of current and potential high-level agency and brand direct partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand and communicate how Abike Assist’sproducts assist clients in reaching their marketing goals.

2. Own and incrementally grow a book of business by focusing on client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction.

3. Create and maintain short and long-term Account Plans for each designated account.

4. Lead internal and external pre-campaign Kick-off Calls, set clear expectations and measures from the start, and serve as the single point of contact with the Ad Operations team for all inquiries.

5. Respond with urgency to all general and specialized client requests using knowledge and understanding of all internal systems.

6. Regularly monitor campaign pacing and KPI performance, conduct ongoing discussions with relevant internal team members and clients; proactively address any issues and provide multiple solutions, and provide optimization strategies to generate lift in under-performing areas.

7. Generate and send thorough weekly and final reports that address overall metrics, wins, insights, and recommendations.

8. Expand relationships through regular client communication to build and maintain deep-level partnerships.

9. Create and send monthly and final invoices throughout campaign flights.

10. Work side by side with Sales Reps and assist with up-selling and renewing existing clients.

11. Conduct pre- and post-mortem group “peer review” sessions with the accounts team to encourage socialization of key takeaways, pain points, knowledge, and solutions resulting from campaign experiences.

12. Maintain and update proficiencies in the video marketing space.

Experience:
