Social Media Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence, improve our marketing and sales efforts, and enhance our brand awareness. This role involves managing our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals, creating and publishing original content, and interacting with followers and fans on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy
Define the most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2+ years).

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking with the ability to use data to inform decisions
Strong understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with content creation and management
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
