B&T Tags plans on introducing its first products within the first quarter of 2020 to the Nigerian market with Abuja as its pilot location, and to reach customers via its e-commerce platform.

What the Job is about
The Social Media Personnel will also take care of customer queries online and over the phone, managing all our social media pages to optimize our presence online, creating contents including graphics, making reports and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have social media experience at a corporation, agency or social channel. He or she should be familiar with all facets of web marketing, including branded content development, social media, digital advertising, and web analytics. The candidate should also possess a strong level of creativity and ability to try and sell ideas. This person should have a passion for the urban lifestyle, and fashion.
Create and publish content on all social media channels (including graphics). Ensuring readiness and sufficiency social media content in fit-for-use
Manage and maintain the day-to-day social media calendar in collaboration with the Business Manager to execute social strategy for all cross-channel marketing campaigns.
Work with creative to develop an authentic voice; layout and visual identity.

Stay versed in day to day topics relevant to the business and observe Internet users’ behavior to extract analysis of social trends and make recommendations.
Create weekly and monthly reports on social media statistics and competitor analysis.
Planning, coordination and post-campaign analysis of all paid social campaigns globally
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Minimum of three years’ proven experience in social media at a corporation, agency or social company
You are an excellent writer with immense attention to detail (grammar, syntax, spelling)
You have a good knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn…)
Strong time management, organizational and communication skills
Strong project management skills
Experience collaborating with teams to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
Extensive knowledge of all facets of the social space and ability to learn the competitive environment
Experience with web analytics
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat), SEO
Retail experience a plus
Salary: Between 30,000 NGN to 50,000 NGN per month (Gross salary) based on experience
Location: Abuja (No Relocation benefits)
Starting date: January 2020
