We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Talent Director to join our executive team and lead our talent acquisition initiatives across our diverse portfolio of companies. The Talent Director will play a pivotal role in attracting, developing and retaining top talent to drive organizational success and achieve our long-term business objectives. This leadership role involves developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies that align with the company’s business objectives, ensuring high-quality candidate experience, and fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Lead, mentor, and manage the talent team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in a holdings company or a multi-sector environment.
Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and diversity initiatives.
Proven ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into talent management strategies and initiatives.
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
