The person for this role is responsible for improving efficiency and effectiveness of Marketing activities to our internal and external stakeholders and ensuring that there are processes, tools, and planning that enables excellence in internal and external ways of communicating against what we want to achieve for the business
Ultimately, the role is key in working to Improve efficiency and effectiveness our communication and activities in Nigeria and ensuring enables excellence in both operational, communication and public relations goals for the team.
Some Role Verticals:
Strategy: Driving the marketing operations strategies by managing implementations of marketing projects, analysing data to determine effectiveness and guaranteeing reporting quality that ties to business strategy
Enhancing all marketing operations in order to facilitate, establish and nurture consistent implementation of projects
This includes managing campaign execution, tracking, lead management, database health, targeting and segmentation strategies
Ensuring proper management of marketing alignment initiatives and processes that will support exceptional relationship management with all teams in the business to assure that the team is consistently supporting all teams., enhanced data quality, and improved lead quality
He/ She also manages all marketing operations with the main focus of enabling efficient lead scoring, campaign tracking, lead management, database health, targeting, segmentation strategies, and alignment with business development initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting:
Responsible for the management of marketing reporting of day-to-day campaign activities, reporting from basic campaign tracking to attribution models
Additionally- provides team leader with ongoing analysis reports for marketing investments, actively monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the status of marketing initiatives, program ROI, consumer acquisition, consumer retention, and activity.
Create monthly Active communication for each of the stakeholder (internal and external) that stimulate community growth and involvement by increasing stakeholder knowledge
Provide media relations support in order to build and enhance relationships with reporters, editors and content producers; research, write, edit and distribute media relations materials, including media releases, key messages, media guides and media notes; respond to media requests and assist with media outreach and maintain media contact lists and coordinate media monitoring efforts.
