JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Daily involvement in the design and deployment of advert materials on the company’s online channels and other platforms
- Daily monitoring and management of different Social media platforms
- Daily engagement of audience of various platforms to enhance growth and retention
- Strategically multiply followers and content reach on various social media platforms
- Create, upload and optimize different content on social media to meet targeted audiences
- Identify and recommend new ways to develop a wider audience and presence online
- Ensure maximum use of the database of users to enhance productivity and growth
- Assist in implementing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with users
- Launch and optimize online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to increase total number of users on the platform
- Be actively involved in SEO (Search engine optimization) efforts (keyword, image and metag optimization)
- Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing on partner websites
- Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Crazy Egg etc.)
- Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and influencer partnerships
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including creative copywriting skills
- Good understanding of marketing principles, market research techniques and databases
- Knowledge of design tools as follows: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Invision for Prototyping
- Excellent understanding of design, Content writing, social media, UI/UX, Animation concepts and best practices
- Proficient with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- A good understanding of graphics design and must be able to execute industry standard graphic designs as a creative person
- A clear understanding of SEO (Search engine optimization) and SEM (Search Engine marketing)
- Good understanding of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, etc.)
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics etc.)
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get the job done
- Proactive, motivated, and possess poise and self-confidence
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, balancing multiple deliverables efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and open-minded (Exacting attention to detail, picking up on the details that others miss)
- Ability to engage and work collaboratively with colleagues, and multiple stakeholders
- Highly organized, Intellectually curious with a strong focus on excellence
- Self-driven and goal-oriented with a thirst for knowledge and learning
- 3-5 years’ proven experience in graphics design and social media marketing, or similar role
- Good experience in executing email marketing templates and campaigns
- Good experience with B2C social media strategies
- Experience with online media buying using Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter and Instagram
- Good experience in creative content writing
