Creative Designer

We are growing every day and are on the lookout for smart, creative, and go-getters who will join our team. Currently, we are on the hunt for a brand creative designer who will work closely with our brand, communication, and strategy team.

We are looking for someone who can think outside of the box, bring creative ideas to life, and help us align our brand. Are you a creative designer who is passionate about bringing an organisation’s story to life using illustrations, colours, and up-to-date design trends?

Do you enjoy working in a collaborative and inspiring environment?

Are you a conceptual thinker and designer who understands branding, typography, color theory, multimedia, signage, and digital media?

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t like routines or boring, traditional design concepts. A master craftsperson who understands the power of being successful at their role.

Responsibilities:

· Bring our written ideas and stories to life using design concepts

· Interpret and apply brand identity standards effortlessly across all mediums

· Concept creation and development, design direction, management and execution of overall visual language.

· Lead creative brand asset design from concept development to in-market execution

· Integrate technical and visual solutions into a design concept

· Work on design and layouts to develop and produce a strong, effective, and on-brief advertising campaign across multiple media platforms.

· Create designs for our social media channels

· Brainstorm new ideas, layouts and graphics

· Combine various colors, shapes and typography fonts to tell product/brand story

Qualifications:
– Exceptional portfolio that displays a strong understanding of design principles.
– Experience in digital and video.
– Great work ethic.

-Excels in graphic design programs including; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
– The ability to take constructive critiques of your work by client and co-worker alike in stride.
– Self-motivated to do incredible work.
– You should love design and love to design. It should show in your work.
– Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in design.
