Art Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the support, design, and creative aspects of the project, develop design elements of a project, and ensure the creation of art elements to meet the organization’s expectations of the job function.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1.⁠ ⁠Conducting research to better understand brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.

2.⁠ ⁠Establishing timelines and delivering the finished creative within set parameters.

3.⁠ ⁠Ensuring that all aspects of the creative align with the needs of the client.

4.⁠ ⁠Continuous improvement of the creative department processes.

5.⁠ ⁠Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion

6.⁠ ⁠Working with the strategy team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.

7.⁠ ⁠Tailoring marketing plans based on individual client requirements.

8.⁠ ⁠Working with the creative director in the unit’s daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadline

9.⁠ ⁠Collaborating with account executives to obtain knowledge of the client’s requirements to shape brand standards and ensure all projects are brand-appropriate

10.⁠ ⁠Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

1.⁠ ⁠5+ years of proven experience in creative.

2.⁠ ⁠Exceptional presentation and software demonstration skills.

3.⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role

4.⁠ ⁠Hand-on experience in the creative process, graphic design, and brand development

5.⁠ ⁠Excellent working knowledge of design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Proficiency in 3D video animation and design.

4.⁠ ⁠Ability to communicate and work cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner.

5.⁠ ⁠Ability to present complex concepts to executive leaders and stakeholders.

6.⁠ ⁠Ability to work autonomously and maintain good judgment in fast-paced environments.

7.⁠ ⁠Excellent written, and verbal communication, storytelling skills, and problem-solving skills by delivering scalable programs, and creative.
