This 6 month paid internship presents recent graduates and/or NYSC qualified candidates a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of planning and executing West Africa’s largest concerts. This exciting position provides first hand experience in festival planning as well as the opportunity to work on the program teams for Rhythm Unplugged, Homage to Old Classics and the Future of African Music.
Selected interns may be placed in one of the following departments: Executive Office, Marketing, Project Management, Sales, Operations, Logistics, Talent Management and more.
All interns must be available to work from Lagos. Hard working, highly organized, passionate, fast learning creatives need only apply!

Qualifications
Must be a recent graduate and/or in-progress/completed NYSC recently
Must have an avid interest in music, be knowledgeable about artists and genres, and have an overall interest in learning about the music industry
Have high attention to detail and be able to work long hours
Ability to work both in a team and without direction + ability to juggle multiple projects at once
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient in Google Docs or Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
