Job Description
Role Summary:
Knowledge of Digital marketing
Resourceful and Analytical
Deliberate planning, strategy and goal setting
Development of brand and online awareness
Content management in order to drive sales
SEO (search engine optimization) and generation of inbound traffic
Cultivation of leads and sales
Utilise the right online tools to manage online leads generation and sales
Monitoring social media handles and developing content for harnessing traffic
Marketing the business using social media handles and physically
[Previous Security or Radio operator experience is an advantage]
Key Performance Indicators:
Daily report of findings during site visits and calls to operatives
Periodic reporting and auditing of operatives and assets across locations
Delivered at least 2 training per week (minimum 5 operators per month)
Quick reaction to call – outs and emergencies following laid down emergency procedure
Improve followership across all social media handles; >15% per quarter
Increased conversion of prospects across online channels; >2 operatives per month
Effective Shift Handover
100% attendance of Monthly Strategy meeting
Job Requirements
The successful candidate:
Will have at least 2 years experience
Must be very good at using Excel
Must know Excel formulas
