Craft user-centric content, including website design, copywriting, blogging, and writing newsletters, to guide and engage users, working with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and seamless digital experiences.
Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for web and mobile applications, including microcopy, error messages, help content, and instructional text.
Create content that aligns with our brand voice and tone, ensuring consistency across all user touchpoints.
Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes and prototypes that integrate seamless content.
Conduct user research to understand the target audience’s needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Participate in usability testing and analyze results to make informed content recommendations.
Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
Work closely with UX designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure content supports user goals and enhances the overall user experience.
Present content strategies and copy to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align content strategies with project goals and timelines.
Perform content audits and gap analyses to identify opportunities for content improvement.
Optimize content for SEO and accessibility, ensuring it is easy to find and understand for all users.
Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Create and maintain content style guides, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices.
Document content strategies, user flows, and content templates to guide future content development.



Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years proven work experience preferably as a UX Content Writer, UX Writer, Content Strategist, within banking or financial services industry, Fintech, and digital banking environment.
Experience working in a collaborative environment with designers, developers, and product managers.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and information architecture.
Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
User-focused mindset with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Analytical and data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about content and user needs.
