The Company is seeking to hire a dynamic and innovative Social Media Manager to join their marketing team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our online presence and brand visibility.

The ideal candidate must have a passion for digital media, a deep understanding of various online platforms, and a proven track record of driving engagement and growth through strategic digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and execute comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital platforms to identify new opportunities for brand exposure.

Oversee and manage the company’s social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

Develop engaging and relevant content, schedule posts, and actively engage with the audience to build a strong online community.

Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and shareable digital content, including graphics, videos, and infographics. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all digital channels.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to achieve maximum ROI.

Identify and collaborate with relevant social media influencers and industry thought leaders to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Develop and manage influencer partnerships and campaigns.

Monitor key digital media metrics and KPIs to track the performance and effectiveness of campaigns.

Generate regular reports and insights to showcase progress and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, product and sales, to align digital media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and business objectives.


Bachelor’s degree. Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields degrees are preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media or digital media management.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms, content marketing, and digital advertising.

Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Demonstrated experience in managing influencer partnerships is a plus.
