About Company: Our client is a renowned media house in Ogun State

Job Summary: The client is looking to hire a strategic Project Officer who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the implementation of the lottery activities in collaboration with the product team. This role involves coordinating, solving real-time challenges, and ensuring smooth operations. S/he will ensure that the lottery social media activities are properly managed and effective and all the system activities adheres to the project timelines while fostering partnerships to drive revenue growth and increase radio listener.

Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation & Management:

Take charge of both Tier 1 (Basic Lottery Service) and Tier 2 (Enhanced Radio Lottery), ensuring they run without a hitch seamlessly
Collaborate closely with the product team and radio producers to seamlessly integrate the lottery system into radio shows.
Ensure that lottery activities are incorporated naturally into radio programming, and promotions align with the show schedules

Social Media Management & Content Creation:

Be the creative force behind the lottery social media, create and post engaging contents for the lottery using canva (Basic phone content creation skills, no need for design skills) Special Content featuring customers who win the lottery is very important.
Create buzz-worthy contents across platforms that keeps listeners excited and involved in lottery activities.
Ensure instant feedback on social media, responding to queries, resolving issues, and fostering a vibrant, engaging community.
Plan and execute consistent strategies that keeps lottery social media popping

Customer Relations & Experience:

Ensure every winner gets their payout promptly, and record their experiences as part of the social media strategy.
Handle customer inquiries and issues, ensuring they receive instant feedback and feel valued.
Ensure that all the customer complaints and escalations are resolved.
Plan and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) projects in collaboration with the product team, ensuring they reflect the station’s mission and resonate with the local community.
Using initiatives to drive goodwill and increase lottery participation, showing that the efforts extend beyond entertainment

Revenue Management & Growth:

Track all revenue streams from the lottery system and ensure the revenue share with the radio station is accurate and timely.
Analyze revenue trends and suggest ways to increase profitability whether through enhanced promotions, better content, or new cross-promotional partnerships.
Identify areas to increase traffic to the lottery system and ensure customers are engaging consistently

Jingle and Show Monitoring:

Ensure the jingles promoting lottery activities run on time, every time, across all radio shows.
Coordinate with show producers to ensure that all promotions and lottery announcements or jingle fit seamlessly into the daily radio schedule.

Cross-Promotion & Partnerships:

Collaborate with local businesses and brands to secure cross-promotional opportunities, using lottery as a hook to increase engagement on all fronts.
Work with lottery to integrate health-related prizes and content, giving listeners even more reasons to participate in lottery.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Develop a dashboard to monitor lottery participation, its listener engagement, and revenue. Stay on top of the data and make informed decisions on how to improve performance.
Run regular performance reviews to identify weak spots and implement strategies to boost participation.
Deliver detailed reports on everything from social media engagement to financial performance, showing real results and offering solutions to keep improving.

Technical Integration:

Ensure the technical side of the lottery system is running smoothly. You’ll work with IT teams to resolve any issues and prepare for future integrations (such as app development)

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, business administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with radio broadcasting and lottery systems is highly desirable
Experience in revenue management and financial reporting
Proven experience in project management, preferably in media or tech industries.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using performance-tracking tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines

Benefits

Compensation – Base Pay is N250,000 Monthly Net (Slightly negotiable) + Other interesting benefits
