Job Title: Fashion House Manager


Location: Lagos


Role Summary


A popular Bespoke female fashion house seeks a driven and people-oriented female manager to oversee the general management of the outlet

The ideal candidate will be both passionate and fluent in the fashion and retail world, with experience and existing relationships in this field. She must be social media savvy and have a solid knowledge of fashion

To be successful in this role, you must be interested in fashion trends, familiar with bespoke female outfit operations and be able to work without supervision.

Applicants must have experience in the fashion industry.

Job Description


The Fashion House Manager will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer

Manage the day to day activity of the business without supervision.

Supervise and work with team of designers and tailors.

Create designs and take measurements of customers.

Keep accounting records and bank all income

Supervise for quality assurance

Must be good with colour combination, complexion and size fit and should be able to sketch averagely.

Research on fashion trends

Stay abreast on various contemporary styles.

Create prototypes and sketches.

Choose materials.

Perform business administration responsibilities.

Marketing products.

Qualifications and Requirements


Minimum qualification of a B.Sc/HND in any course but a Degree in Fashion and Textile is an advantage

Required experience is 3 – 5 years

Passion for fashion combined with good customer service skills

Highly computer literate and the capacity to train

Must pay attention to detail

Understanding of retail e-commerce landscape.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Confidentiality and discretion a MUST.

Sound judgement and instinct to know what on-brand is.

Self-motivated, resourceful, with a can-do attitude.
