Full Job Description
The Digital Media Officer will be responsible for the Company’s Digital presence, health, and growth of all online sources through directing paid search and social media campaigns and analyzing the performance of those campaigns; maintaining brand consistency across platforms; assessing SEO configurations; monitoring analytics; managing the digital budget, and fostering user/customer relationships.
He or she must be a problem-solving scientist and creative wordsmith/designer, with a healthy understanding of the audiences mixed in the world of sport. You have to be ready to be available around the clock because the Internet does not shut down, ever.
Proven work experience in Digital marketing with demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful strategic digital campaigns
Highly adaptable with a great team spirit
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
Familiarity with web design and management.
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
BSc degree in Digital technologies or relevant field.
Build our online digital presence through effective marketing strategies, using digital channels to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Manage all digital communication channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency
Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare Digital marketing budget
Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of online customer interaction
Lead our marketing efforts using new media and digital tools to manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
Forecast performance trends and act proactively to increase our online customer base
Coordinate with Content providers, Branding and Customer service to meet Digital targets and objectives
Liaise with Product, Design/Brand, and Operations directors/Managers to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
Liaise and work with the Marketing team to ensure the achievement of the Company’s set targets online and offline.
Motivate the digital media team to achieve goals
Monitor competition online presence and provide ideas to stand out
Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
Identify advertising needs
Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and recommend updates
Perform additional duties where needed
