Content Writer/PR Needed at Lala Skin Essentials

RESPONSIBILITES:

Create multimedia content to drive highly qualified leads, brand awareness, and conversion (examples include videos, pictures, social media)
Blog on an ongoing basis to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
Support the marketing department in developing and optimizing standardized systems and practices for content creation, maintenance and re-purposing
Work with communications / PR manager to identify media opportunities and arrange content for these opportunities
Keep up to date with best practices in writing for web, social media trends, web designs and business / industry trends
Stay current on content development from our competitors and other industry participants
Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers)
Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
Measure impact and perform analysis to improve KPIs
Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original marketing collateral for lead and demand generation and to increase brand awareness
QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Creative writing or related field
At least 1 year experience creating content for websites or social media
Self-motivated and organized
Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them into converted customers
Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics
Excellent verbal, written communication skills, good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Proficient computer skills with a preference towards: Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Yoast, WordPress
Experience building audiences either online or offline
