We are urgently looking to hire suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Content Developer. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team creating quality content daily that keeps our audience refreshed and enlightened.
Job Summary
The content developer will develop and create well researched and accurate HR content that will be produced on tight deadlines. Excellent writing, spelling, and understanding of grammar are essential to the role.
Job Description
Develop easy to comprehend content articles
Researching and organizing facts and sources
Consistently brainstorming and collaborating with the team for new ideas and strategies
Researching markets and industries to compare and create content that is innovative and original
Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms (website, blogs, articles, infographics, case studies, guides, white papers, etc.)
Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content idea
Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas
Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals
Blogging of Company’ activities on social media platforms
Requirements
First degree in any course
2 years of experience writing for an online blog, preferably an HR/IT blog.
Portfolio of published articles would be required at the interview session
Experience doing research utilizing different sources
Great writing and editing skills
Must have an interest in HR and HR-related content
Hands-on experience in using WordPress.
