Job Description
Prime Grocers International is a major distributor of Prime Quality Groceries in the Nigerian Market.
Brand development and Integration across all social platform:
Review and update all platforms for consistency- logo, word fonts, images, business representation, customer profile, core business services, profile update
Create content calendar for review and upload approval, lead time of 2weeks
Develop template designs for emails and other business correspondences
Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues.
Communicate and create a vibrant social network with professionals and influencers.
Access upcoming proactive media platforms for brand integration
Social Media: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Youtube, Google, TikTok, next???:
Manage and integrate all social media platform for easy access
Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
Create a mix of authentic and customer centric video, audio, text, graphic content
Website:
Comprehensive update of website pages for customer and business experience mapping
Manage and monitor online review funnel for engagement and reputation, respond to each review timely and with care.
Weekly website update with fresh information, promo, product info
Research:
Create weekly spotlight blog post on Africa raw materials theme
Beauty trend and industry advancement
Online Customer Service:
Online real-time responses to all comments, likes, complaints and engagements
Escalate order in quick time to sales unit
Monitor delivery and ensure customers experience is positive
Create and implement a feedback collection funnel from first sale to repeat sales.
Handle Administrative Tasks:
Create customer categories on spreadsheet and WhatsApp per purchase for data analytics
Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).
Podcast initiative: develop and execute a plan for the Confident woman podcast initiative
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams on developing and deploying appropriate marketing contents.

Daily Increment of Customers and Affiliate
Net Growth
Prospecting Pipeline in the market due to online surveys
Revenue Increase
Increase Reach of group
Requirements (an advantage)
Ability to prioritize high-value tasks, time management and project management skills
Excellent business acumen and exemplary work ethic and integrity
Have ample experience in either of the highlighted industries; tourism, hospitality , PR, advertising, hospitality or entertainment etc
Have proven experience in Digital Marketing for services
A Graphic Design/ Digital Certification would be an advantage
Can show a portfolio of diverse work done for different organizations with specific focus on online campaigns
Are proficient in the use of the Adobe Creative Suite including In design, Photoshop and Illustrator and
other design software
Are able to set and/or work towards your goal in an environment where your attention will have divergent demands
Appreciate and can harness diversity in thought and style
Able to think strategically, execute consistently, communicate effectively, and creatively use technology for the job.
Job Requirement:
Candidate should have a minimum of B.Sc in any social science/ IT field from a recognized institution.
Professional certification is an added advantage
Candidate should have a minimum of (2) years’ experience in a similar digital marketing role.
Experience in a hospitality or travel management company will be an advantage Good interpersonal and communication skills
Flexible and able to work under pressure
Terms and Conditions
Location- Lekki office, Lagos
Remuneration – Proposed gross salary N70,000 – N100,000
Working Days / Hours of Work – Working days 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), although Saturday work will be at the discretion of management and as required by the business.
The normal working hours – (8am-5pm), 1 hour break provided
