Key Roles and Responsibilities
Creating / designing and identifying new leads and potential new clients.
Assist in developing and implementing effective business development initiatives to convert prospects into clients.
Key Performance Indicators:
Overall business performance of the department.
Percentage of satisfied clients.
The timely, effective and efficient delivery of clients’ requests.
Number of new initiatives developed within a set period
Required Skills and Competencies:
Excellent written and communication, and Creative skills
Excellent presentation skills (must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Excellent research skills and ability to apply insights to problem- solving
