To provide and execute creative content development and designs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive and study briefs from clients and determine requirements
Regularly come up with unique concept designs to the satisfaction of our clients
Schedule projects and define budget requirement
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic design
Work with copywriters and creative directors to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Qualification and Key Competencies
Must possess a degree in Design, Fine Arts or other related field.
Must have at least 5years graphic designing experience
Must be serious minded and focused
Self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude
Must be a team player
Good communication & presentation skill
Ability to guide & train others.
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiar with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
