The ideal candidate will be a positive, tech-savvy and smart individual with excellent communication (both verbal and oral) skills. Our client is looking for a social media savvy person to interact with and assist customers using social media and web chat.
Reply to inquiries on social media accurately and rapidly.
Monitor, analyze, and interpret social media campaign performance
Create, maintain and manage social media calendar
Ability to conceive, launch and execute social campaigns
Provide detailed reports of social interactions and statistics
Ability to identify peak user engagement times
Lead social media initiatives
Understanding and properly utilizing hashtags
Social Media Marketing: 2+ years (Preferred)
OND/HND in related field
Excellent creative writing skills
Ability to use statistics and related information to draw educated conclusions
Detail-oriented, proficient at time management and multi-tasking
