Job Description:

- Develop, implement and manage our social media stretegy
- Define most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
- Work with graphics designer to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with Marketing , Sales and product development teams
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Provide constructive feedback
- Adhere to rules and regulations
- Present to senior management
- Formulating high – quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence
- Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
- Responding to comments on each of our accounts
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
- Ensure brand consistently in copy through tone, voice and terminology
- Visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, animations and photos for all media related platforms
- Present creative design ideas that conceptualizes the brand direction of the company
- Working with brand strategist and creative director to actualize the creative design goals of the company
- Creating content in line with the vision of the Creative director
- Digital sales strategy and engagement
- Creating test graphics across various media and amending designs after feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven Graphics design experience, +3 years of experience as a social media specilaist
- Social media strategist using Social media for brand awareness and impressions
- A strong and well structured portfolio of illustrations and other graphics
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln, Pinterest, Instagram, Google + and other social media best practices
- An in-depth knowledge and efficient use of design softwares and technologies. ( Such as InDesign, illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Canva )
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Ability to work methodically and within deadlines
