Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Social Media Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Editor, this individual will take ownership of our social media strategy, create compelling content, and implement innovative campaigns to elevate our brand presence and reach our target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.

Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and TikTok.

Manage all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to optimize our social media presence.

Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Engage with our online community, foster meaningful interactions, and cultivate relationships with influencers and partners.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns and measurable results.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.

Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
