We are recruiting to fill the position below: Social Media Manager Location: Lagos Job Description The Space is looking for a vibrant female Social Media Manager with graphic designing skills, to manage all social media platforms and digital communication for our brand. Duties Manage digital campaigns (including budgets) and day to day social media activities Create a social media calendar on a weekly or monthly basis to be shared with stakeholders for approval Create and publish high quality, relevant, and original content across all digital platforms at least thrice weekly Manage and maintain a consistent online presence across all digital platforms Develop metrics to measure the results of all digital initiatives Create, analyze and evaluate digital campaigns and strategies Prepare and communicate reports on the progress of all digital initiatives Monitor industry-related trends, topics, and conversations in the digital space and leverage on such information to create content and recommendations Cover events that occur within The Space Create digital content and monthly newsletter content that is up to standard Source for mutually beneficial partnerships that will drive the uptake of the services offered by the Space Develop digital marketing strategies and procedures for implementation Create graphic designs as required Be capable of working with little or no supervision Share social media reports monthly with relevant stakeholders Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in any field Vibrant, cheerful, smart and pleasant female Great with Microsoft office tools Possess a strong social media power user and have a proven background building a quality online presence/following for a business Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to tweak marketing strategies based on findings Experience with graphic designing Excellent writing skills Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas Ability to create cutting-edge social media and digital marketing content Experience with social advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy Able to receive both positive and negative feedback Photography skills are a bonus What’s on Offer A competitive remuneration based on experience A platform to own your role Opportunity for growth and advancement A team of young entrepreneurs to work with Pension/Hmo benefits following confirmation How to Apply Interested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to: contact@thespace.com.ng using the position being applied for as the subject of the email.
