About the role
· This role is responsible for the overall social media marketing on the relevant platforms for all service / product with the aim of driving the customer acquisition and retention objectives. · This role is responsible for defining the service opportunities and to build a portfolio of relevant local services in a socially active manner to catch the attention of the end users. · Overall, this is a pioneering role in creating and managing indigenous content to drive up product/service awareness, acquisition for all range of consumers mapped to relevant categories. This position reports to the Business Manager, Nok360. This role will carry customer acquisition and retention targets.
Work closely with the product and business unit to harness the key features and value proposition for all products.
With the use of indigenous text, images, styles and graphic skills to depict the value proposition on all social media platform.
Manage the content of the company website and upload daily catchy content and images for consumer awareness, acquisition and retention.
With the social media tools available, drive through with digital marketing.
Responsible to identify relevant service opportunities such as promotions, loyalty scheme etc. to achieve target goals.
Take full ownership of product /service digital marketing.
Constantly evaluate new opportunities for growth through market research, interviews, networks, peers, competitive analysis, etc.
Track and analyse market and competitors’ activity (pricing and propositions, market intelligence, comparative user experiences etc.); define and produce detailed product competitive strategies in-line with business objectives.
Manage customer/audience communication at all times
Generate weekly digital marketing reports and give forecast on prime and relevant marketing opportunities etc.
Know how required
Overall social media marketing, pioneering spirit, sales focus and drive, analytical thinking, market expertise, networking & social skills, influencing, conflict resolution, solutions/value/experience sales.
Graphic and design skills are compulsory.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Deal maker.
Self-starter, comfortable working in a matrix organization and with virtual teams Professional & Process Skills
University degree in Graphics & Technology, media marketing and/or business preferred.
Broad understanding of marketing, service creation, mobile communication, internet services, media and entertainment industries, consumer electronics, experiences & solutions business.
Graphics & Asset creation knowledge, Use of Mail Chimp and other social media tools is a plus.
Knowledge about key customers and competitors.
Understanding Tivas strategy and goals and how to align activities to meet them.
