VeeValerie’s Beauty Supply is recruiting for Business Manager/Social Media Expert/Graphics Designer The Valerie Brand, a beauty supply outfit at Lekki Phase 1 seeks to recruit a Business Manager who is skilled in social media and graphics. Job Title:Business Manager/Social Media Expert/Graphics Designer Job Description: • Manages the entire business operations and activities. • Ensures that consistent high standards of service and commitment to customers are met by all staff. • Implementsmaintains and adheres to operations standards, company policies and procedures and initiatives. • To maximize the performance of all employees by team work, motivation and effective coaching and performance management. • Creates company brand footprints, increasing visibility and credibility for the brand by creating top-of mind awareness. • Prepare drafts, present ideas, amend designs after feedback to produce final design • Effectively communicates company bouquet of services in creating buzz around company brand, reinforce commitments to clients and achieve higher share of voice. • Manages the website and all social media accounts of the company – Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc. • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements • Develops creative contents for company website and online media channels that rightly communicates company/brand’s messages to targeted audiences • Appraises and adjusts e-marketing campaigns and strategies in response to collated data and other feedback • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information for online marketing strategies • Oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website contents, sponsored online advertisements, and other marketing-related projects • Develops, deploys, and manages all content marketing, digital creative designs, email, online social media integration and any other as may be needed. Job Specification: • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in any relevant discipline • Proficiency in managing a business is a MUST • Knowledge of graphic design is an added advantage • Knowledge of social media and online marketing is a plus • Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in a similar role or related career field • Preferably a female
