Create a personality and carriage for the company’s brand and engage brand promoters that is ethically and socially acceptable
Monitor and understand leveraging on trends for positive brand mileage.
Develop contents, eg news letters, reviews that can drive and stimulate interest in the company’s brand
Create end to end business lead for developing and growing the company brand portfolio and product range.
Lead the creative development, planning and execution of all Brand and Communication initiatives for the company within the framework of an agreed strategy, meeting operational targets and increased Brand Equity.
To successfully take ownership of, and interpret the Brand Policy and Guidelines
To successfully leverage in our communication channels all Brand Assets, Properties and Brand Ambassadors in a manner that is credible and able to dramatize our key brand benefits.
To interpret and clearly communicate brand message and ensure execution on all media.
Productively and professionally engage and interface with government and regulatory agencies.
Monitor public policy and regulatory trends locally and internationally and advice as appropriate.
Work closely with all our teams, partners vendors and regulators to optimize brand presence as well as drive profitability.
Attention to detail and comfortable producing accurate statements under pressure
Strong networking and relationship management skills
Previous experience in public relations, marketing or media, including developing and implementing media communication plans/media campaigns and managing events.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified to at least undergraduate degree level
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Highly organised, able to take initiative and to work accurately within deadlines and with limited supervision  in a fast paced environment
A good working knowledge of ICT software (e.g. MS Word) in general and strong skills in digital media, including Face book, Twitter and other social networking sites
Attention to detail and comfortable producing accurate statements under pressure
