Responsibilities
The responsibilities you will be taking on in this role includes;
Generating sample designs using computer-aided design (CAD) models, sketches, or hard prototypes in line with the company’s values and standards. Using software packages such as AUTOCAD, Inventor, Solid-works, and Photoshop to create, edit and improve furniture and interior design products for cataloging and E-commerce/Digital sales. Discuss designs with clients for custom ordering and liaise with project and business development teams to improve business processes and fulfill customer demands. Conducting market, industry, and competitive research to identify opportunities for new product design, trends, and benchmarking.
Innovate new ideas and develop concepts for customer success and company growth. Evaluating designs, costing, and pricing with the project team. Developing plans and generating insights on markets and customers
Understand the demands of clients and create attractive and meaningful products. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to establish a plan for new products release. Adjust approach towards design based on feedback provided.
