Brave Achievers Foundation
We are looking for a talented Video Editor to create YouTube videos for the Brave Achievers’ YouTube channels. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that engages and informs our audience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in video editing software and must be able to create 2D or 3D animation, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to work well under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Manipulate and edit stock Clips in a way that is appealing to the audience
Take a brief to grasp the YouTube team’s needs and specifications
Edit video content, including but not limited to product videos, explainer videos, promotional videos, 2D and 3D animation, and testimonials.
Review and select the best footage and audio clips for video projects.
Ensure that video content meets high-quality standards and is consistent with company branding and messaging.
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the video
Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects
Create rough and final cuts
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Consult with stakeholders from the YouTube team to post-production process
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
Skills Required:
Proven work experience as a Video Editor.
Ability to explain anything with Videos
Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages (Such as Premiere pro, After effect and so on)
Must be a professional 2D or 3D video animator
Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio
Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity.
Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing.
Creative mind and storytelling skills
Good project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Ability to research and develop content ideas
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Video Production, Film, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in video editing.
Experience in a marketing or advertising agency is a plus.
