Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our marketing team to conceptualize and storyboard video ideas.
Film video content, including property walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes looks at our construction process, and interviews with key team members.
Edit and post-produce videos to align with brand guidelines and achieve specific outcomes, ensuring that all material conveys the desired message.
Manage and maintain video equipment.
Stay updated with the latest video trends and techniques to keep our content fresh and engaging.
Ensure timely delivery of video projects, adhering to set deadlines.
Incorporate feedback, making revisions as necessary.
Archive-produced videos for future use.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a professional videographer; a portfolio showcasing past work is required.
Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and structuring.
Ability to operate various video equipment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills.
