Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Dole CCN’s fruit and vegetable products, including their quality, nutritional value, and unique selling points.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, retailers, and partners to promote our products. Answer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns or questions effectively.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and tastings at various locations, such as supermarkets, farmers’ markets, and trade shows, to attract potential customers and generate interest.
Brand Representation: Be the face of Dole CCN, embodying our brand values and promoting a positive image of the company. Maintain professionalism and adherence to company guidelines at all times.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to drive product sales. Assist in identifying potential leads and opportunities for expanding our customer base.
Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions. Distribute marketing materials, samples, and promotional items to raise awareness of our products.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the relevant teams within the company. This information is valuable for product improvement and development.
Inventory Management: Monitor product inventory levels at promotional events and inform the appropriate personnel of any restocking needs.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during product demonstrations and sampling activities.
