# Ability to create graphics and motion designs.
# Develop creative ideas and visuals based on briefs with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team.
# Oversee presentation of final concepts of creative briefs
# Ability to develop brand identity designs and brand manuals
# Ability to design for prints (including book, magazine and programme cover and layout designs)
# Great communication skills
# Providing creative support to the rest of the communications / production team
# Always looking for ways to improve design department processes
