Marketing Officer

We are a startup Fintech company intending to offer financial services to individuals and businesses. We are searching for a marketing officer with a knack for communicating and a flair for strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns.

Marketing officer is required to contribute to existing marketing, branding and advertising plans, while assisting with the development of fresh initiatives in line with the company’s goals.
The ideal candidate will be equipped with relevant qualifications and extensive experience in a wide range of marketing functions such as communications, digital marketing, ATL & BTL marketing, advertising, branding, and social media.

Responsibilities
Market research to determine customer needs and competitor offerings
Identifying opportunities for new products or services that meet market needs
Coordinating with advertising agencies, media outlets, and other organizations to produce promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and catalogs.
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
Promote and strengthen an organisation’s brand(s) using social media platforms.
Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget.
Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
Develop and maintain brand equity and continuous engagement with current and prospective clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦350,000.00 – ₦450,000.00 per month
