Job Responsibilities

Develop knowledge of the intercom live chat software
Communicate with our customers to effectively resolve issues
Answer how-to questions and help customers navigate our platform
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues.
Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as customer needs evolve.
We are looking for candidates who:

Are less than 28 years of age
Possess a reliable laptop
Have a clear, professional and informative communication style
Can work hybrid on an alternating shift system (day/night including weekends)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₦120,000.00 – ₦140,000.00 per month
