Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and eye-catching designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website elements, brochures, flyers, banners, and advertisements.
Collaborating with the marketing and content teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring brand consistency and enhancing our visual communication.
Use a variety of design software and tools to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all marketing materials.
Continuously stay updated with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to bring fresh and creative ideas to the table.
Work closely with the content team to integrate visual elements into various materials, enhancing their overall appeal.
Provide design support for website development, email marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities.
Review and approve final designs before production to ensure accuracy and quality.
Solid understanding of design principles, layout, colour theory, typography, and visual communication.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Edit and manipulate video footage to create high-quality videos, ensuring smooth transitions, audio synchronization, and visual coherence.
Trim, cut, and rearrange footage to produce concise and impactful videos that align with project objectives.
Incorporate engaging visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance video content.
Select suitable music, voice-overs, and sound effects to complement the visuals and reinforce the message.
Collaborate with the content team to understand video requirements, style guidelines, and target audience preferences.
Continuously explore innovative editing techniques and stay updated with industry trends to enhance video quality.
Ensure all videos align with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging, maintaining consistent visual storytelling.
