Job Responsibilities:

§ Develop and maintain the organisational visual identity, ensuring consistency across all branding elements.

§ Create appealing email templates for newsletters and recruitment efforts.

§ Work together with the marketing team to conceptualise, develop, and create aesthetically appealing print and digital products, such as infographics, banners for websites, brochures, and flyers, as well as social media graphics.

§ Ensure brand consistency across all design initiatives and advertising mediums.

§ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

§ Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.

§ Create visually appealing presentations for internal and external use, representing our company’s expertise and services.

§ Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of design deliverables.

§ Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and agencies, to ensure the quality and timely delivery of printed materials.

§ Contribute to brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh and creative ideas to the table, and actively participate in design critiques.

§ Present design ideas to the team and clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.


§ A minimum of 4 years of experience in media and communications management -Working with cross-functional teams -Communications/publicity experience with a high-performance team

§ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field is desirable.

§ Experience in the recruitment industry or familiarity with HR-related design projects Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with an outstanding portfolio showcasing previous design expertise and creativity.

§ proficiency with the use of design tools and software, such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop

§ Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

§ Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.

§ Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
