Photo Editor/Assistant Photographer

Edit and retouch photos to meet the agency’s quality standards.

Ensure consistency in style, color, and tone across all visual assets.
Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality edited images.
Assist in various stages of the photography process, including setting up equipment, lighting, and composition.
Work closely with photographers to capture and create compelling visual content.
Manage and organize the digital image library for easy accessibility.
Collaborate with graphic designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and visually appealing design concepts.
Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance the overall quality of visual content.
Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all visual content/pictures/videos meet the agency’s standards before final delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of visual assets.

Requirements:

Minimum academic qualification of OND in any field.
Previous experience practicing or working with a photography studio is a plus.
A portfolio demonstrating a strong eye for visual aesthetics and proficiency in photo editing.
Proven experience as a Photo Editor or Assistant Photographer.
Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
Strong understanding of photography principles, including lighting, composition, and color theory.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team.
Strong communication skills.
