Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring successful delivery and market success.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and sales, to define product vision and strategy.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancement.

4. Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, incorporating input from stakeholders and aligning with overall company goals.

5. Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams.

6. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing product interfaces.

7. Conduct regular user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features and improve user experience.

8. Monitor key product metrics, analyze data, and derive insights to inform product decisions and optimizations.

9. Act as a product evangelist, communicating product benefits and updates to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.

10. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to keep the product competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.

2. Proven experience as a product manager with a successful track record of delivering products to market. Minimum of 5 years.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen understanding of user-centered design principles.

4. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Job Type: Contract

Salary: ₦150,000.00 – ₦250,000.00 per month
