Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
Performing the full range of editing works from cutting to sound balancing, color correction, and color grading.
Establish a clear understanding of the script given for video creation
Editing raw footage content and cutting video sequences to ensure that concepts are translated effectively.
Organizing and managing all audio and video assets to ensure a smooth workflow
Capturing video footage
Discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize the efficiency of content created.
Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency
