In your role as the lead visual designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating visually engaging designs, gathering requirements from relevant stakeholders, and supporting the brand and communication team’s goals. Your ability to clearly express and bring concepts to life will not only be welcomed but celebrated. You would also collaborate closely with other teams across the organization to provide design support.
One of the key aspects of your role is a thorough understanding of the right balance between business, design, and our customers. You will also provide design leadership for the members of the visual design team.

Understand project requirements and concepts
Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts for logos, brochures for print and digital.
Determining the size, arrangement of copy, and illustrative material as well as font style and size.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements where necessary.
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
A holistic understanding of design systems, illustration, and animation.
4+ years experience as a visual designer.
Ability to manage small and large scale design projects.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
Understanding of visual elements (layout, typography, and color).
A keen eye for detail.
Time management and multitasking abilities.
Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude.
