To organize and execute the transformation project. Assist in developing project plans, setting objectives, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Time Management: Efficiently manage your own time and the program director’s schedule.
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events related to the project, ensuring that all parties are well-informed and prepared.
Creative Writing: Utilize your strong creative writing skills to draft compelling and persuasive project-related documents, proposals, and reports.
Ensure that all written materials are in alignment with the project’s objectives and adhere to professional standards.
Presentation Development: Create engaging and visually appealing presentations to showcase project updates, findings, and outcomes. Tailor the presentations to various audiences, including senior management and key stakeholders.
Resourcefulness: Demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving and overcoming challenges that may arise during the project. Seek innovative solutions and adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining focus on project objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in transformation or organizational development projects.
