The right candidate will have a strong eye for detail, experience with graphics design and digital printing, and great organizational skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to start or further his career in digital printing and graphics design, has a “can do” attitude, and works well under pressure. Daily Tasks Read and understand work orders and instructions Maintain dye sublimation equipment Able to successfully troubleshoot printing problems Review paperwork and art on orders being printed to ensure accuracy and quality Keep jobs on track and hit deadlines for finishing Produces designs and proofs, and updates materials for print projects using Adobe Suites/CorelDraw and Microsoft Suites Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment Work to reduce material waste Minimum Requirements Experience with dye sublimation printing process is desirable but not compulsory as adequate training will be provided Knowledge of print and cut technology is desirable but not compulsory as adequate training will be provided Graphic design knowledge a must Experience working in a production environment Hard-working, dependable and detail oriented while operating within a deadline driven environment Certificate or proven proficiency in Graphic Arts and Print Production or similar Effective communication and time management skills Punctuality with minimal absenteeism is a must
