Responsibilities:
1. Collaborative Design:
Work closely with the UI/UX design team to contribute to the creation of user-centric designs for our digital products.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for enhancing user experiences.
2. Wireframing and Prototyping:
Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
3. Interface Design:
Develop high-fidelity UI designs that align with project goals and user needs.
Ensure consistency in design elements and patterns across various platforms.
4. User Research:
Contribute to user research activities to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points.
Assist in analyzing research findings to inform design decisions.
5. Usability Testing:
Participate in usability testing sessions and gather valuable insights for refining designs.
Collaborate with the team to implement improvements based on user feedback.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Engage with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design concepts.
7. Learning and Development:
Actively seek opportunities for skill development and stay updated on industry trends.
Attend design-related events, workshops, or courses to enhance your design knowledge.
Qualifications:
– Pursuing or recently completed a degree/course/certification in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
– Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and processes.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Canva or Figma.
– Proficient in graphic design, PowerPoint presentation design, and motion design with a strong grasp of animation techniques.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
