Job description
A US-based venture capital firm that invests in worldwide IT entrepreneurs is looking for a Designer. The selected candidate will become one of the founding team members and build out several web applications. The international investment firm is partnering with startups that are revolutionizing huge traditional sectors around the world. This will be a long-term, full-time role that requires 8+ hours overlap with the PST time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
Create marketing materials, images, infographics, etc., that will be pushed on the company’s website, social media platforms, etc.
Take ownership of designing web applications, SaaS platforms, and tools
Communicate team requirements with the company leadership
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement them
Collaborate with other team members across departments, designers, and stakeholders to deliver on the features
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a designer or software engineer
Prolific experience with Graphic designing
Extensive knowledge of UI/UX design principles and technologies
Fluent in spoken and written English
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
