Fashion Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Provide a good welcoming environment, greet clients, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise, and provide outstanding customer service.
Provide good customer service by providing design recommendations based on customer’s preferences and design styles
Manage point-of-sale processes, Follow up on payment of all client purchases.
Follow up with client orders to ensure they are delivered to clients in a timely manner
Process flow, keep records, and report daily sales and activities.
To carry out day-to-day boutique duties to ensure smooth operation
Build a strong client-seller rapport with customers to achieve sales targets.
Build sales and market strategies.
Create social media content to burst sales.
Assist with inventory procedures when needed.
Post pictures of in-store activities
Follow up with clients for service feedback
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Follow all company’s policies and procedures
Job Requirements

Must have an HND or BSc degree.
Minimum of 2 years in a related role.
Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Possess a strong flare for fashion
Self-motivated, team player, sales-driven and results-oriented
Possess a gracious personality with excellent communication skills
Possess strong team spirit to work as a team and achieve sales target
Great command of the English language.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Must be fashion enthusiast.
Most have a quick grasp of product and brand knowledge.
Ability to build a strong rapport with customers in a short amount of time and must enjoy helping customers.
Upselling ability.
Ability to use Microsoft word
Must have basic math skills.
