Job Description
Major responsibilities:
Study design briefs and determine the scope of the project
Ability to prepare rough drafts and present ideas based on designs needed
Ability to select the appropriate colour, illustration, font, and layout necessary for a design
Create images that identify a product or convey a message
Ability to create or develop illustrations, logos, designs for websites, print work, etc, using software
Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements:
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop)
Use of Indesign is a plus
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
A portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
